Quick note

  • Delivery times are estimates from dispatch (shown at checkout). Weekends, bank holidays, and courier delays aren’t included.

  • Pre-orders: your order ships together when all items are ready.

  • International: your parcel may incur customs duties/fees set by the destination country. We can’t predict or reimburse these.

  • USA: Checkout is temporarily paused while we update for new customs rules. We’ll be back soon — see the USA update below.

  • Once dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked, you’ll receive a tracking email.

  • We can’t accept responsibility for parcels left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

USA Orders — Temporary Pause & What’s Next

What’s happening
We’ve temporarily paused checkout for USA orders while we update our shipping to match new US customs rules. We’ll be back shortly with a smoother setup where we collect any import duty at checkout and pay it on your behalf (DDP) — so there are no fees on delivery.

UK Royal Mail Delivery

  • Standard Tracked 48 (3–4 Working Days): Free on orders over £50 / £3.99 on orders under £50
  • Express Tracked 24 (2–3 Working Days): £4.49
  • All deliveries include tracking. Track your parcel: royalmail.com/track-your-item

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days (may take 6–8 during busy periods).

  • Order before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch
  • Orders after 2 PM dispatch next working day
  • Weekend orders dispatch on Monday

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scotland, Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, and Republic of Ireland may take up to 3 extra days.

Note: UK public holidays may affect delivery times. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

Click & Collect is available from our London Boutique for all online orders (if in stock). Select 'Collect' at checkout, and our team will notify you once your order is ready—usually within 1 day.

International Delivery

  • International: £7.99-£19.99
  • Dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked
  • Delivery estimated 5–15 working days after dispatch

All items are tracked for security and reliability. Please ensure the correct address format for your destination. If parcels are returned due to incorrect details, re-shipping fees will apply.

Note: If your parcel needs a signature, we cannot ship to unattended PO Boxes.

European Countries / Switzerland

Orders between the UK and EU may be subject to customs duties and courier fees. These will be calculated and shown at checkout if applicable. If not, you may need to pay them upon delivery.

Blackbird Jewellery is not registered for VAT in Europe/Switzerland. You may be considered an importer and responsible for local tariffs. More info can be found via your country’s customs authority website.

All prices are in GBP. If paying with an international card, your final amount will depend on your bank’s exchange rate at time of purchase.

If an order is returned undelivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery charge.

Rest of the World

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to duties or local taxes. These are not included in the checkout total and must be paid upon delivery.

If you are unsure of fees, contact your local customs office before placing your order. If you refuse to pay the charges, the parcel will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Outstanding charges (holding, entrance, or abandonment fees) may also be billed to your payment method.

Lost or Delayed Post

We use reliable and secure postal services, but delays may occasionally occur. If your parcel is late or missing, we’ll do everything we can to help.

  • UK: Please allow 15 working days from dispatch before contacting us
  • International: Please allow 20 working days

We cannot investigate missing deliveries until the above timeframes pass (per Royal Mail policy). Claims must be made within 28 working days of dispatch (see your confirmation email for dispatch date).

Check your tracking link, neighbours, or local delivery office before reaching out.

Note: These timeframes may be extended during busy or disrupted periods.
