Wren in a hoop necklace

As already stated in 2 emails I am very disappointed with this item. It bears very little resembala ce to the pictures on your page.
It is so small it's hardly possibly to identify the bird as a wren.The pictures do not give cause to suspect this.
I bought this as a gift for my daughter who has moved to New Zealand and whose nickname is Jenny Wren. I have also been dissapointed by the lack of response toy emails and look forward to your comments
